Redistricting is not about the Black Vote and Black vote suppression. This is about a core of Black rot Democratic Party elites wanting to hold on to their raw power of the Black Vote to be delivered election year after election year to the Democratic Party. And since these Black Dem elites and their White liberal Dem cohorts did not get their way in the U.S. Supreme Court, they have launched a vindictive boycott against SEC- affiliated colleges via the NAACP and Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) ordering (yes, ordering) Black athletes to come on board with an understood threat that the NAACP and CBC will paint those who do not obey as Uncle Toms, Republicans or Trump lovers.  Never mind that it was President Trump who put in permanent funding to keep HBCUs afloat. Year after the year, HBCU presidents had to go to the federal government via the White House to beg for funding. To reiterate, President Trump got rid of the begging by providing permanent funding, something neither the NAACP nor the CBC will acknowledge, or even for that matter, HBCU presidents who remain skittish. Overall, neither will the legacy media which is no longer about the Fourth Estate being responsible or believing the first canon of journalism which is “The Truth Is Your Defense.”

On May 19, 2026 in a press release,  the NAACP kicked off its Out of Bounds campaign with the following statement:  “The NAACP today launched the ‘Out of Bounds’ campaign, a national call for Black athletes, families, fans, alumni, and consumers to withhold athletic and financial support from public universities in states that have moved to limit, weaken, or erase Black voting representation in the wake of the Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling in Louisiana v. Callais, which gutted what was left of the Voting Rights Act. The NAACP identified eight priority states — Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, and Georgia — and targeted flagship public athletic programs generating more than $100 million in annual revenue that continue to recruit Black athletes while their state governments dismantle the political power of Black communities.”

This is the desperate cry of a dying institution which no longer has influence or respect in the Black community. Everybody knows it, except those weak leaders in Corporate America who continue to allow themselves to be bullied by the NAACP as if this is still the 1960s Civil Rights Movement and when such boycotts were justifiable.  These weak-kneed yellow Corporate America leaders have given in and continue to be blackmailed to sustain the NAACP whenever it threatens boycotts or thereof equivalent. A gigantic case in point is Starbucks from some years back when it gave into the NAACP making it close up shop across the nation for some ridiculous sensitivity sessions for their White employees to acknowledge their racism after two young Black men said they were not allowed to use Starbucks restroom facilities at one particular Starbucks coffeeshop.  This mess resulted in Starbucks losing millions.

To stay in the confines of its 501 designation, the NAACP claims to be non-partisan.  It is not. In the 21st Century it is no more than an extension of the Democratic Party. The CBC, headed by Cong. Hakeem Jeffries, who is 13 eggs short of a dozen, wants to think of himself as a 21st Century Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  We have been a critic of the CBC long before President Trump got into office, going back to the last century. Our main complaint was that the CBC no longer puts its mostly Black constituents first but rather puts the Democratic Party first. Initially Black constituents put Black candidates in Congress to push forth an economic agenda to place emphasis on creating jobs, entrepreneurship, better education, and yes—LAW and ORDER.  To put forth what most American citizens want which is “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”  Jeffries and the CBC are profound in profanity and poor on policy.

We ask you reread and reexamine the NAACP’s kick off “Out of Bounds” statement. A couple of years back, we editorialized and I wrote commentaries on the NAACP, CBC, and George Soros who is a multi-billionaire having attained the status of being one of the richest men on Earth.

In our research, we discovered this quote from him: “I’m going to bring down the United States by funding Black hate groups. We’ll put them in a mental trap and make them blame white people. The black community is the easiest to manipulate.” George Soros (interview with Germany’s BILD – September 2014).

You might not like what Soros stated, but he did tell the truth about how to manipulate the Black community.  The truth hurts, but most of all, like the Good Book says, “The Truth will set you free.”

Why are the NAACP and CBC dragging in Black athletes via the SEC into their mess and their defeat in the U.S. Supreme Court? Why are they jeopardizing these young Black men’s potential, careers, talent, and their opportunities to make fortunes (via old-fashioned capitalism). Hakeem Jeffries committed the sin of invoking and propagandizing such Black sports legends as Jackie Robinson and Muhammad Ali.  First of all and foremost, these athletes are from another era and another generation. Yes, what they accomplished in their time is to be honored and treasured—not to be flounced around by today’s race-driven NAACP and CBC.  These two organizations have helped to create a Black culture not of excellence and endurance but of “Dependency, Victimhood, and Rage.”

Furthermore, YOU will NEVER be Jackie Robinson. YOU will NEVER be Muhammad Ali. YOU will NEVER be Jesse Owens. You will NEVER be these talented athletes because They are Themselves, and You are You. YET, you stand to lose the uniqueness of your talent, your skills, your earning potential because today’s NAACP and CBC have chosen to sacrifice your talent, your skills, and your black manhood to fight a battle which was already won in the Civil War and in the Civil Rights Movement.

It is time to visit that Hood called Man and protect yourselves, your education, and—yes, the SEC, where you can lay your sports career in the 21st Century.

To you, young Black male athletes, you will NEVER be young again. Your ‘youth’ is your most important commodity. The NAACP and CBC are now focused on the Black male because they now NEED the Black male whom they threw out to make room for the Black female—to use the old Willie Lynch modus operandi to divide and conquer. This time with two Black organizations leading the pack as African American warlords and as part of the Democratic Party Black’s Shield, the NAACP and CBC are using the SEC boycott as a clandestine  foundation not  to fight Black vote suppression, but to advance non-citizens’ right to vote -- in particular for  the millions of illegal immigrants who came in under the Joe Biden administration and by utilizing George Soros’ Open Society which advocates that the United States should have no borders. For the record: We strongly editorialized AGAINST the passage of the Democratic Party’s “H.R. 1-For the People Act of 2019”  which came up for a vote after Joe Biden became president. Yes, we read and reread nearly 800 pages of this bogus bill which used the Black vote suppression accusation and Jim Crow 2.0 as an excuse to get passed.  Thank God Almighty, it did not pass. To reiterate, this Democratic Party-CBC sponsored bill was to legalize non-citizens having the right to vote to displace not only the Black citizen vote but the American citizen vote. Former CBC member and now Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass recently said that non-citizens voting in elections should be considered. What?

It is no accident that the NAACP and CBC cited specifically the SEC states as found in their goal of “…The NAACP identified eight priority states — Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, and Georgia…” Again, this where George Soros’ Open Society and the Democratic Party come into play and into focus. A few years back, I wrote  what I labeled as Soros’ “blackprint” which is his blueprint to use the South to begin growing socialism. This is a mid-term election year, fellow Americans.  Soros and the Democratic Party are putting in place Black elite Democratic Party socialists as part of what I label as their Black Shield. (If you criticize the Black Shield, immediately you will be called a racist. More on this later.) Many of these candidates are funded by Soros’ billions and they are being put in judicial roles, district attorneys, and other vital positions where the Democratic Party’s agenda can be codified into law (just as Jim Crow laws were codified to make segregation legal in violation of the 14th and 15th Amendments. (Again, we have written extensively about this and will continue to do so).

When the U.S. Supreme Court knocked down their redistricting violations, the Democrats panicked and called in their cohorts, the NAACP and the CBC which also panicked.

This SEC boycott is not only a distraction on some alleged Black vote suppression, but it also a distraction the NAACP and CBC are using because of all the fraudulent investigations going on which will (we predict) pull in some high-profiled Black political leaders of the Democratic Party. The NAACP went out on the limb to support (in writing) the once-venerable Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) which is now accused of fraud and corruption. In fact, pull up the letter of support for the SPLC which is now being investigated by the U.S. Dept. of Justice. All, we shall say at this point is that the NAACP of the 21st Century is not your daddy’s NAACP.

Panic was setting in with the NAACP and CBC well before the redistricting dilemma. When DOGE found massive fraudulence in USAID, they went into self-preservation mode. When massive fraud was discovered in the Minnesota district of Cong. Ilhan Omar, a member of the CBC, the panic came again. In the history of my life as a veteran journalist and political scientist, I can smell the fraudulence getting closer and closer to some of these once venerable “Black” organizations and their respective “foundations” and their connections with certain African entities. Kickbacks-at-large may run for office or hide inside those traditional and prestigious Black---er—ahhh. Point is, when you smell a skunk you just better hone in that you’re smelling the right skunk(s).  Second point is, more power to Vice President Vance and his fraud investigation team.

The NAACP is now a skunk and the CBC is now a skunk. And the skunks have now circled the wagons to create one big DISTRACTION from themselves. That distraction is the SEC boycott.

To you, young Black male athletes, don’t let them use YOU as a Hail Mary!
